Introduction
Bledger, Inc., conducting business through our core platform Savant ("Bledger," "Savant," "we," "us," or "our"), provides an operational memory layer that connects to the tools companies already use and turns scattered organizational knowledge into structured, searchable operating context for people and AI systems.
We understand that you are aware of and care about your own personal privacy interests, and we take that seriously. This Privacy Statement describes Bledger, Inc.’s policies and practices regarding its collection and use of your personal data, and sets forth your privacy rights. We recognize that information privacy is an ongoing responsibility, and we will from time to time update this Privacy Statement as we undertake new personal data practices or adopt new privacy policies.
This Privacy Statement applies to information collected through heysavant.com (the "Site") and through the Savant service (the "Service"). It does not apply to data we process on behalf of our customers in our role as a service provider; that processing is governed by our agreement with the customer and the customer's own privacy policies.

How we collect and use (process) your personal information
Bledger, Inc. collects personal information about visitors to its Site and users of its Service. The categories of information we collect include:
Information you provide directly:
name, job title, employer name, work email address, work phone number, account credentials, billing information (if applicable), and any other information you choose to provide when you request access to the beta, communicate with us, or use the Service.
Information from your organization's Connected Services:
when an authorized administrator of your organization connects Savant to a third-party tool (such as a messaging platform, document store, CRM, ticketing system, calendar, or email service), Savant ingests data from that tool to provide the Service. This data may include messages, documents, tickets, calendar entries, contact records, and metadata about users and activity. The specific categories depend on the Connected Service and the scope of access granted.
Information collected automatically:
when you use the Site or Service, we automatically collect log data such as IP address, device and browser information, operating system, pages viewed, features used, referring URLs, and timestamps.
Information from third parties:
we may receive information about you from third parties such as identity providers (if you sign in using single sign-on) and business contact data providers. We may also collect business-context information from third-party sources such as LinkedIn.
We use this information to provide, secure, and improve the Service; to communicate with you about your account and our products; to comply with legal obligations; and to detect and prevent fraud or misuse. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Use of the heysavant.com website
As is true of most websites, heysavant.com collects certain information automatically and stores it in log files. The information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, the region or general location where your computer or device is accessing the internet, browser type, operating system, and other usage information about the use of our Site, including a history of the pages you view.
We use this information to help us design our Site to better suit our users' needs. We may also use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, administer our Site, analyze trends, track visitor movements, and gather broad demographic information that assists us in identifying visitor preferences.
Bledger, Inc. has a legitimate interest in understanding how visitors, customers, and potential customers use its Site. This assists Bledger, Inc. in providing more relevant products and services, communicating value to current and prospective customers, and appropriately resourcing customer support.
Use of Bledger, Inc. services
When you use the Savant Service, we process the information described above to operate the Service for you and your organization, including indexing and making searchable the information ingested from your Connected Services, generating responses to queries from authorized users and authorized AI systems, and maintaining the security and integrity of the Service.
If you use the Service as part of an organizational account, your organization's administrator controls the workspace, including which users may access it, the scope of Connected Services, and the configuration of the Service. Other authorized users in your organization may see your information and the content you contribute through Savant.
AI and machine learning
Savant uses third-party large language models and other AI services to power features of the Service. When data is sent to these providers to generate a response, we use providers that have committed contractually not to use that data to train their own models.
Training.
Bledger, Inc. does not use Customer Data (including data ingested from your Connected Services or content you submit to the Service) to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve general-purpose machine learning models, except (a) where you have provided express opt-in consent, or (b) where the data has been aggregated or de-identified such that it can no longer reasonably be associated with you, your organization, or any individual.
Service operations.
We may use operational telemetry — such as feature usage, error rates, and performance metrics — to maintain and improve the Service. This data does not include the substantive content of Customer Data.
Outputs.
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. The Service is designed to help your team find and use organizational context; you remain responsible for reviewing outputs before acting on them.
Processing of personal data in the United States
Bledger, Inc. is headquartered in the United States, and the personal data we collect is processed and stored in the United States. The Service is currently offered to customers in the United States. If you access the Service or Site from outside the United States, you acknowledge that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Data subject rights
Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information.
California residents.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA"), California residents have the right to:
- Know what categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about them;
- Know the categories of sources from which personal information is collected, the business or commercial purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it;
- Request that we delete personal information we have collected about them, subject to certain exceptions;
- Request that we correct inaccurate personal information;
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (Bledger does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising); and
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@heysavant.com. We will verify your request before responding, generally by confirming information associated with your account. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, subject to verification.
If you submit personal information through the Service as part of your organization's use of Savant, your rights run primarily to that organization. We will assist our customers in responding to such requests in accordance with our agreements with them; please contact your organization's administrator first.
Other jurisdictions.
Residents of other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws (such as Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and others) may have similar rights, and we honor those rights to the extent applicable. If we begin offering the Service to individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we will update this Privacy Statement to describe the additional rights available under the GDPR and UK GDPR.

Security of your information
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, and destruction. These safeguards include encryption of data in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, audit logging, vendor security reviews, and regular review of our security program. No system is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data storage and retention
Your personal data is stored by Bledger, Inc on the infrastructure of cloud service providers located in the United States. Bledger, Inc. retains Service data for the duration of the customer's business relationship with Bledger, Inc. and for a reasonable period thereafter, for legitimate business purposes such as security, audit, dispute resolution, and compliance with legal obligations. Bledger, Inc. retains prospect data until such time as it no longer has business value and is purged from Bledger's systems. Personal data that Bledger, Inc. controls may be deleted upon verified request from data subjects or their authorized agents, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

Children's data
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 16, please contact us at admin@heysavant.com so we can delete it.
